First of all—ouch! We’re sorry you went through that. Since you purchased through a fake site, you might have been hit with fraud. Reach out to your bank or payment method ASAP, and they should be able to help you get your money back. Don’t forget to report the website using the link above so we can take it down pronto!
Can Allsleepers refund me for the fake site’s charge?
Unfortunately, since these websites aren’t connected to us in any way, we can’t refund you directly. But your bank or payment provider might be able to help you out, so get in touch with them for next steps.
