What is pre-order?

Pre-ordering means you’re purchasing an item that hasn’t arrived at our warehouse yet. You can still secure it early, and we’ll ship it as soon as it lands, typically by the estimated date listed on the product page.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually leave our warehouse within 72 hours (excluding pre-orders). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your delivery.

Delivery estimates:

  • Standard shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days

We primarily use USPS and DHL for US deliveries.

Note: For pre-orders, delivery times begin from the dispatch date listed on the product page.

What is “Covered Shipping”?

Covered Shipping protects your order in the rare event it’s lost or stolen after dispatch. If you select it at checkout, we’ll replace your package at no extra cost. Without Covered Shipping, we can’t guarantee a replacement if your package goes missing.

Lost or Delayed Orders

USPS and DHL quote delivery windows of 2–8 business days, but delays can happen. If your tracking shows a delay or if it’s been over 20 days, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.

**Investigations can take time, but we’ll support you every step of the way.

Customs & Import Fees

If you’re ordering from outside the US mainland, you may need to pay customs duties or import fees upon delivery. These are not included in your order total.

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

To qualify:

1. Return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Items must not be marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable (unless faulty).

3. Products must be returned in original packaging and ‘as new’ condition.

4. Include a photo of the item before shipping to confirm its condition.

Important for bundles: If you return part of a bundle, we’ll recalculate the price of the item(s) you’re keeping based on the current sale price.

Example:

  • Bought Twin Pack for $138 → Return one item
  • Remaining item = $84 → Refund = $138 - $84 = $54

How much do I pay for shipping?

If you’re located in USA mainland, standard shipping is free on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping is $7.99.

Can I change my shipping address?

Sure can! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new shipping address details ASAP and we can change this over for you. To reach out with your new/updated shipping address,

If your order has already shipped, don’t panic! You can still redirect it via the USPS or DHL tracking link provided on your shipping confirmation email.  

*Please note: We cannot redirect or retrieve orders successfully delivered to an incorrect address. So, please ensure you carefully check your address details entered at checkout.

Where can I purchase an Allsleepers E-Gift Card?

Allsleepers E-Gift Cards are available here. They’re perfect for treating yourself or someone special, with values available up to $500.

*E-Gift Cards can only be used on the regional site they were purchased from (e.g. US gift cards can only be redeemed on the US site).

How do I redeem an allsleepers E-Gift Card? 

To redeem, simply enter your gift card code in the “Gift Card or Promo Code” field at checkout.

Allsleepers E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions 

Please keep in mind the following when using your Allsleepers E-Gift Card:

  • E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (unless required by law).
  • We’re unable to replace lost, stolen, or altered gift cards.
  • Any remaining balance on a gift card after expiration will not be refunded.
  • Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the purchase date.
